I'm doing the exact same thing I did at work to install VS15 on my station there, and it installed without issue. I am out of ideas as to what the cause is, or how to fix it. I have tried to install VS2013 on my system (which installed perfectly fine) and then install VS2015. I ran it again and it found nothing corrupt. But after I redownloaded VS15 and tried to install again, same issue.
